Chinese Erhu

The Chinese bow-string Er-hu has a characteristic traditional sound.

The Erhu is a Chinese instrument which was created over a thousand years ago. It's a dual bow string instrument and is also knowns as the Chinese violin. It is often played in a music assembly, larg orchestra and as a solo performance piece. It is a very populair instrument of which varieties are played by Chinese ethnic minorities.
